How can we help you?

  1. Log in to the UPC mybusiness portal: https://mybusiness.upc.ch
  2. Go to the menu and to “Billing”. Then click on “Invoice settings”.
  3. Select “E-mail bill”.
  4. Enter your e-mail address: Make sure that the e-mail address has been written correctly.
  5. Complete the process by clicking the “Update” button.

 

Done: In the future you will receive your invoice by e-mail bill.

 

The prerequisite for online billing management is access to the UPC mybusiness portal. Your UPC mybusiness role must also have the permission “Invoicing&Billing”.
